Merian is a founding partner of Cobalt Investment Management, a registered Private Equity Fund (PEF) company specializing in real estate development, value-add investments, and managing real estate-related enterprises.

Prior to Cobalt, Merian was Executive Director at Mastern Investment Management, leading development and value-add investments across hotel, retail, office, and residential sectors. She executed landmark retail developments in key commercial districts, oversaw major office and residential projects, and managed institutional investor relationships.

Earlier in her career, Merian managed commercial real estate transactions and advisory at Savills Korea and NAI Korea and led retail development strategies at Thomas Consultants.
