Wen is Director of Development - Asia for Hilton. In this role, Wen brings considerable experience and is responsible for brand expansion and portfolio growth of Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria, LXR, Conrad, Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, Canopy by Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton, Tapestry by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton by Hilton brands in the South Korea and other Southeast Asia regions.

Wen has over 10 years of experience with Hilton since joining in 2012. Prior to Development, she spent four years in the Feasibility and Investment Analysis team, covering projects across the MEAP region as well as taking on the Lead Underwriter role for Southeast Asia and Australasia.

Before joining Hilton, Wen had gained experience with Horwath HTL in consultancy and with Shangri-La in hotel operations.

Wen graduated from Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne with a BSc degree in International Hospitality Management and currently resides in Singapore.
